Return & Refund Policy
At Pirul, we carefully design and pack our gardening kits so they reach you safely and ready to use. As our products contain natural gardening materials and soil mixes, we follow a specific return and replacement policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our team.
Return Policy
“Because gardening mixes are natural products and can be easily altered or partially used after opening, we are unable to accept returns once the package has been opened.”
However, if there is an issue with your order, we are happy to help with a replacement where applicable.
Replacement requests are accepted only in the following situations:
- The product arrives damaged during transit
- You receive the wrong product
- An item from the kit is missing
Reporting an Issue
If you notice any issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us review your request quickly, please share:
- A short unboxing video recorded while opening the package
- Photos of the product received
- Photos of the outer packaging
- Your order number
Recording an unboxing video helps our team understand whether the issue occurred during transit and allows us to resolve the matter faster.
Requests without supporting images or an unboxing video may be difficult to process.
Replacement Policy
If your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement for the damaged or missing item.
Please note:
- Only the affected item will be replaced, not the entire kit.
- Replacement will be shipped based on product availability.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or replacements will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Product has been opened, used, or partially used
- Damage caused after delivery due to improper handling
- Minor variations in texture, colour, or appearance, as Pirul products are made from natural materials.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
To ensure smooth deliveries, COD orders require a partial advance payment at the time of placing the order. The remaining amount can be paid upon delivery.
If a COD order is refused at the time of delivery, the advance payment is non-refundable as it covers shipping and handling costs.
Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD being unavailable for future orders.
Returned-to-Origin (RTO) Orders
In some cases, an order may be returned to us by the courier partner due to reasons such as:
- Customer unavailable for delivery
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Delivery refusal
Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times before returning the order.
If you would like the order to be shipped again, the reshipping cost (including forward and return shipping charges) will need to be paid before dispatch.
