Processing Your Order

Once you place an order, our team prepares it with care.

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 2 business days from our warehouse in Gurgaon, Haryana.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Where We Ship

We currently deliver across India.

Whether you're in Delhi NCR or anywhere else in the country, we’ll do our best to get your Pirul kit to you quickly and safely.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Delhi NCR: 2–4 business days
  • Metro cities: 4–6 business days
  • Other locations: 5–8 business days

These timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary depending on courier operations or location accessibility.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on orders above 999.

For orders below this amount, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp so you can follow your package on its way to you.

Tracking information may take 12–24 hours to become active after dispatch.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for many locations across India.

To confirm COD orders, a small advance payment may be required while placing the order, with the remaining amount payable when the order arrives.

This helps us ensure smooth deliveries and avoid delays.

Packaging

We take special care when packing our gardening kits.

Products are securely packed to ensure they travel safely and arrive in great condition, ready for you to start growing.

Packaging may vary depending on the items in your order.

Need to Update Your Address?

If you notice any mistake in your shipping details after placing an order, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can help update it before the order ships.

If Your Package Arrives Damaged

We take great care in packing our products so they reach you safely. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit, please let us know and we will be happy to help.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we request customers to record a short unboxing video while opening the package.

If you notice any damage, please share the following within 24 hours of delivery:

  • The unboxing video
  • Photos of the outer package
  • Photos of the product received
  • Your order number

This helps our team review the issue quickly and provide the best possible resolution.

Please note that damage claims may be difficult to process without an unboxing video, as it helps us verify issues that may occur during shipping.

A Quick Note About Delivery Times

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timelines, there may occasionally be delays due to factors such as weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or courier delays.
